Care and Concern
Komen Columbus wants to support survivors. If you know of someone who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, is going through treatment for breast cancer or is struggling with survivorship issues, show that you care by placing an order for a Survivor Kit to be sent to that special person.
Recipients of the kits will receive a wooden box that has been colorfully decorated by local community groups and filled with items designed to comfort anyone affected by breast cancer.
The contents could include:
• Pink ribbon items such as stickers, rings, bracelets and pencils
• Educational brochures
• CDs
• Select Susan G. Komen for the Cure® apparel
• Other breast cancer-specific items
Survivor kits are available free of charge and will be shipped to the recipient at no cost.
