Registration Fees

Important Dates/Deadlines
April 25 - Last day to register to have t-shirt/bib mailed
April 28 - Last day to submit individual and team registration forms
May 3 - Online team and individual registration closes
May 9 & 10 - Team Captains' Packet Pick-up (Komen Columbus Office)
May 10 & 11 - Polaris Fashion Place Registration
May 12 & 13 - The Mall at Tuttle Crossing
May 14 - May 16 - Easton Mall Registration
May 17 - RACE DAY! 

Race Day Schedule
7 a.m. - Expo opens on Broad Street between High and Third Streets
7 a.m. - SurvivorPalooza opens on the west side of the Ohio Statehouse
8 a.m. - 5K Run begins. Chip-timed runners with the blue bibs line up first. 5K walkers immediately follow runners.
9 a.m. - Family Fun Walk begins
10 a.m. - Survivor Ceremony begins on the west side of the Ohio Statehouse 

T-shirt/Bib
All registered participants receive a Race t-shirt and bib*. Participants must wear bibs on Race Day. Individual Race participants who register by April 25 and opted to have their t-shirts and bibs mailed will have their items shipped to the physical address provided during registration. Mailing of t-shirts and bibs will begin the first week of May. Participants who register after the April 25 deadline must pick up their materials at one of the mall registration sites. If you registered on a team, your Team Captain will have your t-shirt and bib for you. Participants who designate themselves as Survivors during registration receive a pink survivor t-shirt and cap. *while supplies last.

Timing Chips
Timing chips are supplied for Race participants who paid and registered for the 5K Run. All runners with the blue timing chips will line up first on Front Street, north of Gay Street, to begin the 5K.

Saturday, May 10: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday, May 11: Noon - 6 p.m.

The Mall at Tuttle Crossing - Enter through the doors by Panera, lower level by the Macy's at I-270
Monday, May 12:  10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Tuesday, May 13: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. 

Easton Town Center - Main mall area by the fountain and food area
Wednesday, May 14: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Thursday, May 15: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday, May 16: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. 

Vern Riffe Center
RACE DAY - Saturday, May 17: 6 a.m. - 8 a.m.

Accommodations
The Westin Columbus is the official hotel sponsor for the 2014 Komen Columbus Race for the Cure. The hotel is generously offering a special room rate of $119 plus tax. When making your reservation please call 1-800-WESTIN1 (937-8461) or 614-228-3800 and mention you are a Komen attendee to receive the special room rate. All reservations should be made by Friday, April 25, 2014. *Space is limited.

Costumes and Creative Hair-dos Encouraged
Participants are encouraged to wear a creative costume on Race day! Take a photo and post it on our Facebook and Instagram accounts during and after the Race.

Rain or Shine
The Komen Columbus Race for the Cure will occur rain or shine - please dress accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In the event, there will be no refunds; rather, your entry fee will be considered a donation to the Komen Columbus Race for the Cure. 

For Your Safety
For the safety of all our participants, pets, bicycles, skates, skateboards and scooters are not allowed on the Race course. Strollers, baby joggers and wagons are permitted, but we encourage you to allow runners and walkers to go before you for your safety and theirs. We also encourage you to consider the Family Fun Walk course.
