Komen Columbus Fiscal Year
Our Komen Columbus Fiscal Year begins in April and ends in March. Monies for the first half of the grant cycle are distributed April 1.
Small Grants
The purpose of this program is to allow us to fund requests received throughout the year for small amounts that promote the mission of Komen Columbus and increase the capacity of effective breast health programs. Small great requests can be submitted in letter form and accepted year- round.
Small grants may only be awarded to non-profit organizations, educational institutions and or government agencies. Small grants request should comply with the following criteria:
• Specific to breast health/ breast cancer
• Relevant to the mission of Komen Columbus
• Willingness to acknowledge support of the Komen Columbus
• Report financials and project progress to Komen Columbus
• Allow participation of the Komen Columbus where appropriate
