State of Breast Cancer
In 2008, Susan G. Komen for the Cure unveiled a 36-page comprehensive report about the state of breast cancer across the United States. Great strides have been made in many areas, but the bar still needs to be raised in others. This report shows the progress that has been made in the fight against breast cancer and the major challenges that remain to be addressed in terms of research, diagnosis, treatment and providing quality breast cancer care to all people.
Komen Columbus Community Profile
Every two years Komen Columbus conducts a Community Assessment Profile on the counties it serves to help supporters, advocates and stake-holders stay up-to-date on the breast cancer facts in our community. These finding are instrumental in helping Komen to set its priorities, goals and action plans for the coming year. The 2011 Community Profile will be published in March.
